Another Sad Farewell

I'll miss you, Madiha...I'm glad I got to see you before you left. As for what I gave you, I hope you don't think of it as something silly. There is very little copies of that, and I only gave them to people who meant something to me. I really do think of you as one of my best friends.

This time, I really did cry. I cried alone and silently without anyone noticing. What pains me is that I didn't get to spend much time with her, nor did I have a single photo of her with me.

You never know how fortunate you are, until time takes away your treasured ones.

This is really getting out of hand. I am getting all teary right now. True friends stay with you even when you are in trouble. Which is why parting with one's friends is so heart-rendering.

A penny for my thoughts

I wonder how it would be like to truly love someone, enough to give up one's life for them. It doesn't have to be the boy-girl love but a friend's love. I probably wouldn't have thought about it if I didn't explore that in my story. But I suppose it will have to be a really deep feeling for each other or it wouldn't turn out that way.

Maniac Sister

LOL. My sister somehow went and changed the lyrics of Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson. It was damn ridiculous!

Sis: Eh, Nee-chan. My version of Breakaway for the story.
Me: Hah?
Sis: It should go like this you know. I change it a little bit.
Me: Let me hear.
Sis: Grew up in a rich town, and wonder when cupid will come out, I just stare out my window. Dreaming of what could be, and if I'd end up married, I will pray. Trying hard to reach out, but when I try to speak up, felt like you will accept me. Wanted to leave here, but something felt so wrong here, so I pray, I could learn to stay....
Me: ...............(wth, the main character actually sings that?!)
Sis: Very funny right, Nee-sama?

There's more of that. She changed the WHOLE song. Then she proceeded to change Party in the USA, The Show, Single Ladies and Ever Ever After. Omigosh, my whole night was 'entertained' like that. Now she's got her hands on the lyrics of The Tide is High and Skaterboy. I'm not going to hear her version of those, am I? My poor ears need some peace and quiet.
